If your file size is too small (<100K), probably your picture is too small. Please re-scan the document

If file size is too big (greater than 300K), your picture size is too big, you need to resize. There are many way, I think below is the one of the easiest way.

1. Go to file explorer
2. Locate your files
3. Right click on the file
4. Choose Open with
5. Choose Paint application to open with
    - Scanned document is displayed on Paint applications
    - You will see actual document size. Is it too big? Then, follow below instruction to reduce it
6. Click Image at the top menu -> Choose Stretch/Skew ->
     On the Stretch
                    Horizental -> 50%
                    Vertical     -> 50%
                    Click Ok
7. If you this it is not right size, Press Ctrl+Z (undo), then redo step 6 again.
